The 2009 Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals will be taking place December 7th thru 12th at the awesome desert track of Ghibli Raceway in Sharm EL-sheikh, Egypt. The event will consist of 216 drivers from fifty-nine nations competing for the crown in the 10th annual Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals.
MRP Motorsport, parent company of GoBirel.com and GoRotax.com, released the schedule for their popular Winter Seminar Series to be held January through March. This will be the company's eighth consecutive year of offering these seminar programs for their customers. Aimed at both beginning and veteran karting enthusiasts, the seminars are designed to assist in easing the "intimidation factor" of numerous maintenance, setup, and mechanical functions. In conjunction with the seminars, each Saturday will also serve as an "Open House" for the MRP retail facility with shop tours, product technical information and general customer assistance.
Michiana Raceway Park is accepting reservations for Pit Spots and Garages for the 2010 season. Anyone who had a Pit Spot or Garage in the 2009 season may hold there spot for $50 by December 1st. After that, all spots not reserved will be available on a first come first served basis. Full payment for spots and garages must be received on January 1st.
