January 2nd - Carburetor Tuning, Maintenance & Rebuilding for Rotax & Yamaha

carb.jpgThe second of MRP’s five winter seminars will be taking place on January 2nd covering Carburetor Tuning, Maintenance & Rebuilding for Rotax & Yamaha motors. Aimed at both beginning and veteran karting enthusiasts, MRP’s seminars are designed to assist in easing the "intimidation factor" of numerous maintenance, setup, and mechanical functions. In conjunction with the seminars, each Saturday will also serve as an "Open House" for the MRP retail facility with shop tours, product technical information and general customer assistance

This session will provide the opportunity to completely tear down, clean, inspect, and rebuild your Rotax Dellorto & carburetors. We will dispel the myths regarding tuning the Dellorto carbs for Rotax use and review the tuning needs for each racing application! For those that are in the Yamaha classes, this seminar will also offer Walbro "1 Carb" (HPV & Yamaha Jr. Sportsman) and Walbro "3 Carb" demonstrations and rebuild kits.

* Location for each seminar is located at MRP Motorsport's Three Oaks, MI location (visit www.mrpmotorsport.com for directions).

* Cost per attendee is $35.00, junior drivers are free

* Seminar will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and will roughly last three hours.

* Online registration is available at www.michianaracewaypark.com
